1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using eAura ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

eAura is an AI-powered personal assistant platform that provides conversational AI, content generation, and media management tools. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified at any time.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

Users under 18 may only use the Service with parental consent. Adult content features are restricted to users 18 and older.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others
• Attempt to circumvent safety filters or access controls
• Distribute malware or engage in unauthorized access
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by eAura's AI models may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it. AI outputs do not constitute professional advice.

6. Conversation Data

Your conversations are stored to provide continuity and improve your experience. Administrators and designated family account holders may review conversation history for safety and oversight purposes.

Conversations are retained even after deletion from your view. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

7. AI Training Consent

By default, your conversations may be used to improve eAura's AI models. You can opt out at any time from your Profile settings. Opting out does not affect your ability to use the Service.

8. Optional SMS Program

eAura offers an optional SMS program for account holders who separately and affirmatively opt in from inside their account. Consent to receive text (SMS) messages is not a condition of creating an account, of purchase, or of using any eAura feature, and acceptance of these Terms does not itself constitute SMS consent — it is collected by a separate, unchecked checkbox under Dashboard > Connections.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. You grant eAura a non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account by contacting an administrator.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. eAura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
