eAura SMS Messaging: Program Terms and Consent Disclosure

Last updated: August 3, 2026

Program name: eAura Assistant Alerts

Message sender: eAura (eaura.ai), the operator of the eAura personal AI assistant

Sending phone number: +1 (350) 220-6762

This page is published publicly, without a login, so that mobile carriers and their reviewers can see exactly how eAura collects consent to send text messages. It reproduces, word for word, the consent language a user sees inside their eAura account.

What messages eAura sends

eAura sends SMS only to registered eAura account holders who have opted in. Two kinds of message are sent:

  1. Conversational AI replies. When you text a question to the eAura number, eAura replies with the answer you asked for.
  2. Account notifications and one-time verification codes, including the code used to confirm ownership of your mobile number.

eAura does not send marketing or promotional text messages, does not text on behalf of any other business, and does not obtain phone numbers from purchased, rented or shared lists.

How to opt in

  1. Sign in to your account at https://eaura.ai
  2. Open Dashboard > Connections
  3. Check the SMS consent box. It is unchecked by default and you may leave it unchecked. It is a separate control from accepting the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy.
  4. Enter your mobile number and enter the one-time code eAura texts you, to confirm the number is yours.

Consent to receive text (SMS) messages is optional. It is not a condition of creating an eAura account, of any purchase, or of using any eAura feature. If you decline, or never opt in, your account and every eAura feature continue to work normally.

The exact consent language shown at opt-in

(Optional) I agree to receive text (SMS) messages from eAura at the mobile number I provide, including AI chat replies and account and verification codes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of creating an account, of purchase, or of using eAura. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Because the consent checkbox is inside a signed-in dashboard, a dated screenshot of the actual screen is published here, showing the unchecked checkbox, the consent sentence, and the mobile number field (disabled until the box is checked).
